Just in time to witness your fall to the Sausage King of Chicago firsthand.

I've been wondering when you were going to get around to mentioning that. I still got today and tomorrow to pull of a miracle though. But regardless of what happens, wasn't it you who made fun of me for drafting Lecavelier?

It might have been. I think I probably said "this isn't 2004, dude" or something.
We have another week, you realize.

We do? How is that possible? Once one of us wins this week, isn't that it?

I remember you saying something to the effect of "Lecavelier? Are you sure about that?" And then I freaked out thinking he was hurt, and you said "This isn't 2001 dude."

I think it was more of an issue of you taking him way too early considering his relatively low o-ranking, in my opinion. I for one felt angry when St. Louis went quicker than I expected, so it's all a matter of perspective.

Championship week lasts two. There are still 4 more games in the regular season for most teams. Check the front page and notice that you can set rosters for Monday, April 2nd.

Phaet, hello. Congratulations!
Tracy, hello. I've been very busy in the last few months/year but I've been dropping in occasionally lately. I'll try to give an update once Phaet has been able to fully enjoy his "Phaet, we missed you!!11!" posts, 'cause those are nice and make a man feel good.

F'ing computer won't even let me edit my own post! Anyway, this was supposed to be attached to the last message:
Edit/quick update: I just got a really cool Shrek "Knight Light" from the Frosted Flakes cereal box. It fits over your ear like a bluetooth phone dealie. Now I too will look awesome and important.

Almost a full year away from the scene and you can still read me like a book CD. You rule.

Updateeeeeeeee: I taught 10th grade US history this past fall and I currently teach 7th grade social studies. I have an ever-growing collection of notes that students accidently leave in my room. They make me laugh and/or slightly depressed. A few weeks ago I found one in Spanish that I have yet to translate, but I'm sure it's going to be a goodie. Adds a little bit of multiculturalism to my collection. I was thinking about posting a few of the good ones when I get a chance. My galfriend is a foreign language major and we went to Paris for a week in March on a student discount. It was a lot of fun but I have come near to the slightly-sexist conclusion that Paris is a girly city. It was sometimes difficult for me to find interesting things to do that did not involve eating out, shopping, clothes, style, attitude, spending money, etc. However it was very interesting to be immersed in another culture and another language for a week, and I found lots of neat history things to visit and learn about. I have some pictures from this that I can post. I'm excited about spring and summertime. My girlfriend will be in France again for two months but I'll be off work during that time and intend to fill every minute with all sorts of stuff I've been wanting to do but have been too busy to do...well...mostly posting on the Neil Sedaka Clique. I've started a vegetable garden with my grandfather because I've been very interested in sustainable living and farming lately, and also as a sort of bonding experience with my granddad as he gets on in years. Wiffleball season begins near the end of May--hurray! I'm going to be in Michigan in July for a teacher's workshop. Oh, we bought some cheap Nerf dart guns at the store the other day and have had some awesome battles down the hallway with the lights out. And yes, the orange light from the Frosted Flakes box ("Orange Tooth Technology") has come in handy. It's a lot of fun. Did you know that you can "mod" Nerf guns? There's a whole community of Nerf nerds out there that love this stuff. www.nerfhaven.comThe Nic Cage clique photos make me laugh but slightly nervous when I attempt to get on here in a public place. I like the mugshot theme. Hope everyone is well and happy. I'll try to keep up more and post some pictures.
